Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is operated by WALLACE HILTON of 131 Thackeray Street, Napier South, Napier, New Zealand.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include the garment only; shipping is added at checkout. We may correct a pricing error before dispatch and will always contact you first.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods shown at checkout. We never store full card details on our own systems.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window and the 48-hour window for reporting damage.

Intellectual property

The text, photography and design of this website belong to WALLACE HILTON and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.
